I'm going to talk about my Pole lessons

When I first started off doing Pole I really struggled with the bruises on the feet doing things such as 'the crucifix' and 'the fireman' but now we've moved onto the really hard stuff upside down which is using all my thighs and I have had some killer marks, this is to things such as 'cross knee' going into 'the pole sit' and 'cross ankle' I can honestly say my pole dancing lessons are the most enjoyable thing and I have now started doing Acrobatic Hoop.
